More than 250 lessons blend art history with hands-on instruction in drawing and painting---and feature illustrations by homeschoolers. Includes 35 paint cards. Ages 10 and up. 454 reproducible pages, softcover.

We've only begun using this program and I'm really enjoying it. I like the content but I do wish the layout was a little less compact since it would be easier to visually digest.
The artist bios and picture study are well done and the correlating projects do a good job of utilizing the basic skills taught in book one.I definitely appreciate the Christian perspective.

I thought that the art history was very thorough and the lessons were done in a good manner. Even my son, who doesn't choose art, likes it.

Excellent art program. My two home educated sons use this. It's very flexible and complete.

We're loving this art program. I like the structure and well-laid out lessons (no planning for me). And it's packed with interesting info about past great artists.
