Great for singing contemporary songs a cappella One reviewer said the notation format was confusing, apparently a reference to shaped notes. Many singers in a cappella traditions would find shaped notes essential. Find the CD that goes with this book and get it as well. There's no better way to praise God than with voices harmonizing in song. This Praise & Harmony series will help you learn to do that. We've literally given hundreds of CDs and songbooks to our congregation. Highly recommended. December 15, 2011

Confusing notation While the selections in this collections were varied with beautiful harmonies, the style of notation made it nearly impossible for me to read at the piano. I have not tried it on my singers yet but my guess is that they would find it confusing as well. May 27, 2011
