Stormy debates rarely produce decisions for Christ. When we talk about abortion, morality, ethical behavior, and other important matters, lines of battle are quickly drawn as both parties take up positions.
Christians should play a role in those discussions and debates, but not when we re trying to evangelize. Instead, we should follow Jesus example of gentle persuasion. His approach with the woman of Samaria (John 4) teaches us much that we can use in the workplace. Even Paul, perhaps the boldest and most candid of New Testament evangelists, knew when to be gentle. In this study, we ll learn from these biblical examples to share our faith with compassion and understanding.
