I recently decided to exercise. Jumping up and down, flailing around, swiveling my hips, contorting into unusual positions are not for me. Walking is what I am willing to do. The workout is more than I expected. Although walking is the main exercise move, the other moves are easy for me to master and yet give enough of a challenge to get my blood pumping and my calories burning! I also like that beginner and advanced motions are demonstrated by people on the DVD. When I can't moved in the advanced motion, I can go back to the beginner motion.
BEST WORKOUT DVD! I have 4 of Leslie's exercise dvd's and this is my favorite.I loved it from the begining. Simple but powerful. 1 mile good for beginners or for that "quick" energy boost. 2 miles for a "grest sweat". Works all muscle groups. You can uses weighted balls for higher intencity ( i used large cans).Everyone on the dvd has such an addicting positive attitude, it just makes you want to continue getting in the best shape ever.
