Touching the Hem of His Garment was both enlightening and informative. It has given new light to reading the scriptures. Reading the Psalms and others scriptures which refers to being covered by the shadow or wings of God - brought new understanding as to why and what the writer was experiencing. The power of God, the culture of the writers and the putting together of the Old Testament and New Testament. It made me reflect more on how Jesus, Paul, Peter, an others kept bring to light the Old Testament meaning. This has solidified the say, "the Old is the New contain", "the New is the Old explained." Great book. I highly recommend it!

This book is written as a collage required reading assignment. It is very in depth aand very informative, but it is not an easily read book. I recomend it for the person that has already had some background in Hebrew Life style during Jesus' time.
