Author/Artist Review

Author: George Duncan
Located in: Lake Placid
Submitted: December 09, 2008

Tell us a little about yourself.  I'm a professional journalist. I'm intelligent, friendly, witty and have a clean police record. Not every author can say that.

What was your motivation behind this project?  Exploration of several Christian themes developed into fiction. Plus seeing how the characters handled different situations. And to make a couple of bucks.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  Hope they will be amused - there are a number of witty lines in the stories - and perhaps be a bit enlightened about Christianity and other topics. Hope they would also get to know and like Sebastian, Tequesta and the rest of the Spacehawks.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  Besides getting a stiff neck and a sore back while typing?

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  In regard to science fiction, Robert Heinlein is my favorite author. Enjoy Robert Silverberg, who is a fantastic writer, but not particularly influential in my writing.

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  Hope you enjoy the book.
