This is an outstanding guide to help parents navigate through the subtle, spiritual dangers, pleasantly wrapped in attractive, adventurous stories that are being offered to our children today. Michael O'Brien brilliantly unwraps the subtleties, exposing the serious dangers that are waiting to feed on our children's minds. He points out the difference between positive fantasy fiction (Lord of the Rings, Narnia series, etc.) and dangerous fantasy ficiton (Harry Potter, Twilight, etc). The recommended reading list alone (in the back of the book) is worth the price of the book! This book has been an invaluable read to my husband and me in deciphering what books have moral value for our children, and what is poisoning their minds.
