Product Description

A former "Worshipful Master" of a Masonic lodge, Jack Harris authoritatively speaks about one of the most deceptive cults in the United States today. This secret organization has entangled ministers, elders, deacons, trustees, Sunday school teachers, and people all over the world in a web of lies and satanic rituals, all of which are veiled with the language of the Bible. Freemasonry is a false religion. It teaches that men can approach God, not through the finished work of Jesus Christ, but through their own abilities. Discover how you can share the light of Christ with those living in the darkness of Freemasonry, and how they can be set free from its deception.

Publisher's Description

Jack Harris, a former "Worshipful Master" of a Masonic lodge, authoritatively speaks about one of the most deceptive cults in the United States today. Freemasonry is a false religion, teaching that men can approach God not through the finished work of Jesus Christ but through their own abilities. This secret organization has entangled ministers, elders, deacons, trustees, Sunday school teachers, and people all over the world in a web of lies and satanic rituals--all of which are veiled with the language of the Bible! Discover how you can share the light of Christ with those living in the darkness of Freemasonry and how they can be set free from its deception. But after reading and studying various Masonic authors, he realized that Freemasonry considers Jesus Christ to be no greater than Moses, Elijah, Mohammed, or Buddha. Needless to say, his faith and trust in the teachings of Masonry were shaken. He began to converse with pastors, read the Bible, pray, and debate with other Masons about who Jesus Christ is and where absolute truth is to be found. This went on for two years, until one night he decided to watch a Billy Graham crusade on TV. As he listened to Reverend Graham preach, he finally saw himself as God saw him, a sinner without hope and on his way to hell. That night he got on his knees and asked Jesus Christ to forgive him for his sins, come into his life, save him, and be the Lord of his life. At that moment, he accepted the God of the Universe, Jesus Christ, and rejected the god of Freemasonry. He was set free by the One who is the Truth, Jesus Christ. The shackles of Masonic lies were broken.

Author Bio

In January of 1968, Jack Harris was installed a Worshipful Master of a Masonic Lodge of about 600 men. As far as he was concerned, he had reached the pinnacle of life. As a Worshipful Master, he had total autocratic authority over the affairs of his Lodge with accountability only to the Grand Master of his state. He was married, had two children, a great job, pay and benefits, as well as great health. In fact, he even believed that he had obtained a special knowledge of God, mankind, the universe, heaven, and how to live a successful and fruitful life. What more could a man ask for?But after reading and studying various Masonic authors, he realized that Freemasonry considers Jesus Christ to be no greater than Moses, Elijah, Mohammed, or Buddha.

It isn't bad enough that people write books of misinformation to may a buck, but Christians who are willing to endorse the deceit just to get a cut.Filthy lucres sake is aimed at those who claim the name of Christ, but for some reason they just don't see it.It is so sad that the church has given up on sin to attack those willing to do the work that they themselves neglect.

Finally someone exposes this CULT for what it is. Of course none of the lowly members understand what they are a part of, the organization is so good at deception. That's why this book and others like it exposing the inner circle and all of it's darkness is needed.

This book should not even be in a Christan Book Store. It is totally full of lies and false information. You have never met a mason that was not a Christan and a good one.It a sad day in this world when a man or woman has a publication published that he knows nothing about but then ignorance is bliss. An attempt to make money on lies is inexcusable.

Freemasonry does not claim to a religion in any form. The most primitive and fundemental tenants that support all moral and social goodness for humanity are illustrated by symbolic and allegorical teaching to help promote a greater understanding of any religion one chooses to accept. I am Christian and in my twenty years a Freemason I have yet to find one contridiction. Ignorance is dangerous and those seeking knowledge should seek it justly and weigh it blindly.

I am a Christian who holds to the five fundamentals of the faith. I am grieved and disappointed that this kind of misinterpretation is taking place among Bible-believing Christians. After reading a few titles along this same line, I see a correlation between believers who insist upon taking everything literally and anti-Masonic rhetoric. Freemasonry is full of allegories and symbolism, a point this author refuses to acknowledge. There is also an absence here of acknowledging that Freemasonry operates on general, not special, revelation. If you're looking for a good, sound critique of Freemasonry, this one isn't it. Freemasonry isn't perfect by any means, but it also isn't occultic. I recommend "Born in Blood" by Robinson or "The Meaning of Masonry" by Wilmhurst as much more reputable titles.
