The adult version of the popular Freedom in Christ course (sold by Gospel Light in North America as the Beta course) provides a solid grounding in Christian discipleship. Developed around the core teaching of Dr. Neil Anderson, founder of Freedom in Christ Ministries, based in Knoxville, TN, it takes believers through the foundations of the faith and helps them to open up their lives and core convictions to the power of Christ. Above all, it allows participants to realize and absorb "who they are in Christ."

This youth edition contains age-appropriate games, activities, discussion-starters, film clip suggestions, and talk slots, all provided in the Leader's Guide, which comes with a supplementary DVD containing approximately two hours of related training material. In addition to the "Leader's Guide," which provides the full text of each session, there are two "workbooks," one for eleven- to fourteen-year-olds and one for fifteen- to eighteen-year-olds.
