Enjoy the bible study & the member's guide. A lot of useful things are contained in this kit, but, it really could be condensed. I currently use about half of the items in the kit. The bible study is really good, and the member's guide is useful. Personally, I prefer using the KJV scriptures for memory work. February 19, 2013

FP4H I recently began my first 12 weeks of First Place 4 Health. I am now 6 weeks into it and have lost 9 pounds. But much more importantly, I have met some wonderful new Christian friends, am learning how to better care for this wonderfully and fearfully made body, and am growing closer to God by studying his Word. A great program for physical, spritual, mental, and emotional balance. July 13, 2012
