Forget Me Not is a book that is hard to put down. You want to finish just one more chapter, and before you know it the book is done. I enjoyed the way the author portrayed the two main characters,Miranda and Paul. She gave them strengths and weakness' and also incorporated faith into the mix.

I really enjoyed reading this sweet and endearing story that also included tragedy, fears, loving families, faith, hope, love and trust.
Miranda Wilkins is a school secretary and a talented artist. She has a strong faith but what will happen when her faith is tested? Paul Green is a high school coach and is starting an after school athletic program where Miranda works. He has lost his faith and trust in God due to a tragedy in his life. When he walks into the office and meets Miranda there is instant chemistry between them. How will their relationship develop? Miranda's mother has a mysterious illness. When she and her family discover the cause can she tell Paul her secret or will she step back from her relationship with him? Will Paul learn to trust again? Will they have a future together?

Miranda, a school secretary, finds herself falling in love with a coach at the school. Paul is perfect and their relationship is moving quickly towards marriage. So when several disasters things happen it threatens the love they hold dear. Can they both trust God to handle the hurt and sorrow?
The story is sweet and has some Christian elements. The plot deals with family illness and death and I felt the author handled these subjects well. The romance was clean and a bit puerile. Based on the actions of the couple, I felt the book was more YA than adult. But overall it was a sweet story.

Miranda's life has been smooth sailing, she has not really ever had her faith tested, therefore she does not really understand when people loose faith in God. Paul on the other hand has had a very difficult trial in his life and has lost all faith in a loving God. When they meet there is instant chemistry. Life is going great until Miranda's smooth world comes crashing down. Can she be an example of faith for Paul or will this be the final straw for him? Should she tell him her secret or just let him go? Will Paul every learn to trust God again?
Karen Cogan takes us on an amazing journey of love, hope, trust and faith. She writes with spunk and the people feel very real. I love the personalities of the characters in her book and would recommend it to anyone who likes Contemporary Christian Romance (that feel real to life) books. I enjoyed this book, it was hard to put down. I was given a copy of this book from bookfun.org (the book club network) for my honest opinion.
Really enjoyed this novel. One of the best written "Christian Romance" novels I have read recently, with well-developed, interesting characters. It was not at all preachy. The Christian element flowed seamlessly into the story. I am sure other readers will enjoy "Forget Me Not" too!
