ChristianBook eBooks on the Sony Reader
To read a Christianbook.com licensed eBook on your Sony device, you will need to use Adobe Digital Editions.
Without using ADE, the Sony Reader will attempt to open eBooks with its own software, the Reader Library, and you may receive an error message.
To bypass the Sony Reader Library, return to the eBook portion of 'My Account' on our site, and click to download the eBook again.
When the Adobe Digital Editions installer comes up, click on 'Download Item.'
If you are downloading a DRM Protected eBook, you will be prompted to open or save the URLLINK.acsm. Click 'Save'.
Save the file to your Desktop for quick access later.
Right-click on the URLLINK file, then select 'Open With' and choose Adobe Digital Editions.
If Adobe Digital Editions is not in the list, click 'Choose Default Program' and then select Adobe Digital Editions from the list.
Your eBook will open and display in ADE.
Plug in your Sony Reader, which will now display its model number and not just as Sony Reader.
Now just click, drag and drop your eBook onto the Sony Reader icon.
You can now eject your Sony Reader, open up the Books library and your eBook is ready to read.

Britt98Grand Prairie, TXAge: 35-44Gender: female4 Stars Out Of 5Very Exciting!July 31, 2015Britt98Grand Prairie, TXAge: 35-44Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I enjoyed reading Firewall. It was an exciting story and kept my interest. I really did like these characters and thought the book kept up a nice, quick pace. There seemed to always be something happening, or a new piece of information being discovered.
My favorite parts of the story involved the mystery running through the book. There were multiple villains and it was not until the very end of the book that all of my questions were answered. The author completely floored me with the twists and turns the story took and with the ultimate bad guy reveal!
I also enjoyed the romance. It could be argued that Taryn is falling into another quick relationship, like the whirlwind courtship before her marriage. I dont think it was unreasonable in this setting for Taryn and Grayson to develop feelings for each other and with Taryns lack of much romantic background, she might be susceptible to falling for another man quickly.
Two things required me to suspend reality and just enjoy the story, but they were minor as they related to my enjoyment of reading an exciting suspense novel. First, Taryn has a fairly monumental conversion from atheist to believer. Not unheard of, but she does become very solidly focused and knowledgeable about God quickly. Second, the villains seemed to be super villains. The various bad guys had everything covered and planned out, always seeming to outsmart the good guys. They were just so good at what they did! It was hard for me to believe that they could always be so many steps ahead of the FBI and Taryn. But, then again, it made the story very exciting and unpredictable.
This was my first book by DiAnn Mills and it will definitely not be my last. It was an exciting and engaging story.
T Cramer5 Stars Out Of 5Amazing mystery thriller!April 15, 2015T CramerQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Certainly the best mystery thriller I've read. This story has it all mystery, suspense, and romance. This book is so action packed it is impossible to put down. Characters include FBI Agent, Grayson Hall, retired FBI Agent Joe Hall Graysons mentor and uncle, and socially awkward, software developer, Taryn Young. Taryn is a new bride leaving for her honeymoon when her nightmare begins. Mills character development is amazing. You are left even knowing the bad guys very well. This story is filled with mystery, suspense, acts of valor, surprising betrayals, forgiveness, and bold courage. I've never been so quickly drawn into a story and captivated like I was with this one. I highly recommend this story and am looking forward to more books by this author.

Quite a bit of action packed into the few days that the story covers.
christiangirl4evr5 Stars Out Of 5FirewallMarch 9, 2015christiangirl4evrQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This book moves fast and has plenty of twists and turns that you won't see coming! There is romance but not so much that it overpowers the storyline, which was a huge plus for me. The best part was that God was woven throughout the entire book watching the main character come to faith in Christ. This was the first book by this author that I've read, and definitely not the last!
Brittany_BnBblogAge: 25-34Gender: Female3 Stars Out Of 5Firewall - DiAnn Mills (3 Stars)February 23, 2015Brittany_BnBblogAge: 25-34Gender: FemaleQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 2Firewall focuses on the work of world-class software developer, Taryn Young, who leads her company's efforts on a major government contract for America's energy pipelines. Following a catastrophic bombing, Taryn realizes her new husband is missing and she is the prime suspect of a major terror attack. Together with FBI Agent Grayson Hall and his uncle, a retired FBI agent, Taryn evades capture in the hopes of proving her innocence and discovering the real cause of the bombing. With layers of intrigue and bureaucracy, they eventually realize just how close they have been to the terrorists all along.
Ms. Mills creates a fast-paced story reminiscent of technology-driven suspense films. As an author with perhaps more experience writing more casual romance (at least for her books that I've read previously), Ms. Mills' number one priority appears to be driving the story forward with exceptional urgency. Taking place over the course of only a few days, Firewall depends on a number of convenient explanations and happenstance scenarios that create a generally-unconvincing story.
Overall, I thought that Firewall made for an interesting one-time read from the library.
