Author/Artist Review

Tell us a little about yourself.  I am a 30 year Human Resources executive - 5 years with Disney and 25 years with GTE. As VP Human Resources, it was my vision that everyone would find and land a job that God will bless. Most individuals are unsure how to find the good jobs, and just as unprepared to land one if it comes along. This work is a scripturally based "how to" book on finding and succeeding in a career of our dreams.

What was your motivation behind this project?  After starting a ministry to help job seekers in the Dallas-Ft.Worth area, it became clear there aren't any faith-based books on the subject of finding employment or getting through a career transition. So many people are being poorly counseled on how to find and land work for themselves.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  This is a unique faith-based book written to assist job seekers (both unemployed and those working) who really want to have a career blessed by God. It balances scriptural principles and practical tools and techniques.

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  I developed my HR career in two very successful organizations. I had bosses who gave me freedom to grow, subordinates who kept me grounded, and Jesus who loved me even when I was unlovable.

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  Readers have already recognized this book is perfect for believers, and it will also draw unbelievers to the Lord. Everyone loves the Bilbical foundation interwoven with the practical job search techniques. And it has a few surprises for everyone!
