The only way I can start this book out is by saying WOW!

I have never read a book like this before and I can say in all honesty, it has been the best book I have read. I love historical fictions, but this non-fiction blows them all out of the water.

This true life book, is the definition of inspirational. It had me on a roller coaster of emotions, and not bad ones I might add. Full of hope, humor, intense stories, some sad-some happy-some down right crazy, this is a book to be read by every woman out there! I have taken away so much out of this mere little book then I ever have from any other. Not only has the book itself been stunningly written, but in some odd way I can even relate to the author Kim Meeder. For her love of nature and animals is as deep as mine. You can truly feel her soul in this book. I highly recommend Fierce Beauty.

Kim Meeder starts you with one of her real life events and embraces you through the whole story, then shows the lesson she has learned at the end of each one. She will show you how beauty means nothing when God is not at your core center. She entraps you with her words to show you our worlds definition of beauty is not real beauty at all. This book is not a lecture of how we should behave or look, it is her own personal life laid out for you to see and what she has learned along the way. She shows it's not our world that makes us beautiful, but a decision to be something other then pretty, to take a stand for God and shatter the worlds expectations. It will leave you with a feeling of-There is something more to me then what is on the outside, there is a battle I will surly win.

I did not want to put this book down. It will be one of those books I cherish on my bookshelf and go to read many times. This has left me with more then a good story and it will leave you with the same. I may have liked it extra special because of the theme of the book, for as I have mentioned I love nature and animals and adventure, it is my passion. Maybe not all will find it as inspiring as I have, but all I know now is I want to get out there and DO SOMETHING!

I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review. This review is of my words and is original.
