I had a GREAT experience ordering the surprise box. I enjoyed seveal of the books and shared several others with friends as "happies". GREAT VALUE.

all the books i got were some stupid castoffs,
completely inappropriate for children and teens.
i was hoping for good Christmas presents for my 5 and 9 year old brother and sister and for my teen friends but nothing was good and i wasn't able to get them any presents this year and it made me cry. i would advise everyone NOT to buy this product.

One of the books was #26 in a series, One was a book on tape, and one was severely water damaged. In the box of ten books, there are probably three that I will read. The others I gave away. It really isn't that interesting of a selection. It was kind of exciting ordering the books and wondering what I was going to get, but I was kind of disappointed with the contents of the box. I guess for $8, I got what I paid for.
