I noticed this book had 300 pages and I read the positive reviews but I didn't note the small size, 7 1/2 X 6 inches. I guess I thought a Family Bible Story book would be big enough to show more than one child. I looked at the pictures online and they were very detailed and BIG. In reality the pictures are tiny and children won't notice many of the details. I bought it to use with my Sunday School class. Guess I need to find a toddler to give it to. Very disappointed! Not what I was looking for.

Lynn5 Stars Out Of 5July 10, 2009LynnI used this Bible as part of a homeschool curriculum for Kindergarten. I read it aloud to my child. The illustrations in this Bible are the best I've seen for a children's Bible. My oldest child is now a 2nd grader. She and my 5 year old will actually argue over who gets to use this Bible for our personal Bible time each morning. It's their favorite and we have 12+ Bibles for them to choose from.
Paul Hipps5 Stars Out Of 5April 16, 2009Paul HippsThis is a wonderful book for children. We use it for our 3 year old great grandson. Also I am involved in a prison ministry. Some of the offenders are unable to read. I have given this book to them. One offender is learning to read because of the opportunity to use this book. However, it has a hard cover so I must remove the cardboard and reglue the cover before it is usuable in the jail and prison. Phil
