I love everything about these videos, but they are basically for a very advanced workout. The warm up is simular to my high impact workout. They have a girl who does a modified version, but it is just as fast paced as the rest. The music is great and I love the scripture and encouragement. I really like the excersizes and I enjoy doing them. I excersize regularly and this workout is more than I can accomplish at one time, but I will keep doing them because they are fun and inspiring. I just have to take a lower pace and not stay in sinc.

This is the absolute best exercise and God-focused workout I have ever done - it is exactly what I've been looking for. The music is energectic and upbeat, there are scriptures included in the workout which make me feel more energized and the time goes by so quickly while I'm working out to these DVD's. The instructor has been teaching aerobics for almost 25 years and recently felt called to begin teaching with a God-focus - she is awesome, I LOVE them !

I am in my later 40s and though I'm not in the same great shape I used to be in, I'm in decent shape. I do try to exercise, but haven't always been regular due to obligations and sometimes a lack of motivation. I've tried some of Jillian Michaels' workouts, and I like them, but my joints can't handle that much stress on a daily basis. I love Faithful workouts because it's not easy, easy, and it still gives me something to work toward, but I can do these 6 days a week. Having 3 workouts with segments short enough to make it feel varied while using a variety of tools (weights, ball, mat, and stretch band) keeps me interested. Variations are often shown for an easier level or if you don't have some of the tools. On days I need to ease up during exercise, I can. Afterwards I always feel like I have worked out, and best of all, to Christian music! To top it off, I don't mind if my little boys walk in because I know that the women are dressed in an appropriate manner and the songs and talk are all uplifting. I definitely recommend these workouts!
