5 Stars Out Of 5
Very well written, easy for a layperson to read.

The book is well written and is an excellent response to the "false gospels" that are out there. There is a lot of "junk" out there masquerading as truth and Craig Evans does an excellent job of exposing falsehood.
The last chapter, I thought, was the best. In the final chapter of his book, he explores the uniqueness of Jesus Christ and why the early church insisted that Jesus rose from the dead on the first day of the week. One cannot read the book, including the last chapter, without appreciating, anew, the uniqueness of Christianity and why Jesus Christ is like no other.
I would recommend the book to a seminary class or even a Sunday School class that wanted to delve deeper into the truth of the Gospels.
