The Quiz and Exam Book provides interesting review questions and answers for all the lessons, readings and literature in Exploring America. The review questions help me find out how well my student is comprehending reading assignments. The quizzes and exams are balanced - not too difficult or too easy. I highly recommend this great product for accelerated middle school or high school students.

Along with the curriculum that goes with this, I think Mr.Notgrass has done a great job diversifying the types of quizzes in this American History plus the added benefits of including Bible and English quizzes.

I love the information in this curriculum. However, there is a tremendous amount of reading and at times it seems we are just rushing through the time period. I would slow down and make this a 2 year program. My son loves history, but since we are doing this curriculum through a co-op, he has not been able to go at a pace that allows him to explore the areas that interest him most. Also, some of the old English style of writing could use for footnote explanations.
