The Explore series is small group discipleship studies for preteens. Explore intentionally develops the spiritual formation of Junior High students leading them from salvation to church membership and maturity in their walk of faith. They discuss the basic concepts of God, Sin and Salvation, discover their spiritual gifts, and develop their service to God inside and outside the church building. The series includes eight sets of student books each containing six weeks of lessons plus a celebration event for an additional week, totaling 48 weeks of content. The celebrations include baptism, student membership, student leadership, and a mission experience. One Leader's Guide corresponds with two Student Books, meaning one Leader's Guide contains 12 weeks of lessons and the additional celebration event.

This Explore Leader's Guide is the second in the series, to be used with student books Explore God's Power in You (Book 3) and Encounter Your Mission for God (Book 4).

Your congregation's preteens are already facing pressures and making decisions that will shape the rest of their lives. Explore is a small group discipleship resource that will equip preteens with established beliefs and disciplines, guide their spiritual formation, and prepare them to reflect God's image in a world that needs a Savior.
