May pick it up in the future but otherwise it will sit on my shelf. Reviewed by Dawn Miller (Clarksville, PA), October 05, 2009I had read this book and found it to be very good and so I bought it for my own collection and with someone in mind to convince them that Jesus is God. Reviewed by Nancy Peeples (Charleston, SC), August 28, 2009I have this book for my personal use so I bought one for our bible study to use as a reference. I love the book! Reviewed by Edgar Gonzalez (Lake Forest, CA), July 01, 2009One of the best books I've bought on evidence regarding the christian faith, the bible, and the canon, I recommend this book to anyone! Reviewed by Phillip Dale Thompson (Hattiesburg, MS), April 05, 2009I lost my first copy of this book that I think I purchased in the 1970s. I've been burdened lately to be prepared to better defend my faith. So much confusion out there with movies and books like the De Vinci Code. So much junk and people are accepting it as plausible. This is a good resource for examining the evidence. I also recommend C. S. Lewis's book Surprised by Joy. Reviewed by John Weimer (Ulster Park, NY), March 27, 2009One of the best books on apologetics. Proves that Christianity is not a "blind faith" belief system. Reviewed by Fabian M Wilson (Ozone Park, NY), March 06, 2009Great supporting evidence for the Christ in Scripture... sure easy way to convince any unbelieving Thomas! Reviewed by Doug (Monett, MO), July 16, 2008I was already familiar with the book, I got it for a friend that is agnostic (more realistically in denial). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is I really didn't like the updating of the book. Josh has obviously evolved in his beliefs and knowledge of Christiandom in 35 years. I would prefer that someone that is in the same state as he was when the book was written, be able to better identify with it in its original state. (Hope that's not too confusing). Overall, a great book though. I wise addition to anyones library. Write a review of Evidence That Demands a Verdict, Volume 1 Other Customers Also PurchasedFind Related Products
