Beautiful Bible, perfect size for my son
This is a nice Bible and is perfect for my son. Not too big and not too expensive. I would buy one for myself if I didn't already have a Bible.

My new favorite.
For many years I have been an NIV reader. While the NIV is more then fine, I just couldn't get into it. I got my hands on this ESV and since then I have been reading my bible everyday and applying what I learn everyday.
The layout, font size, style and spacing is very appealing to the eyes. It makes it easy for me to follow along and not lose my place.
The colors and cover design is great for guys and the Tru Tone material that the cover is made of has held up very nicely compared to other artificial leather or genuine leather bibles that I have had. The bible, while it is soft, feels very well made and none of the pages have fallen out after its constant use. (I have had this bible for awhile already).
As a young adult who is on the go a lot this was a perfect fit because of the size, durability (it travels with me everyday), colors, style and simplicity.
If your looking for a basic ESV that is well made and is a Classic Thinline Bible then this would be a good investment.

Classic Feel
This is perhaps my fourth Bible from Crossway Bibles. I've enjoyed the thinline pocket sized bibles for years. They are easy to carry and read, and the designs are beautiful.
The TruTone 5.5" x 8.5" Bible is slightly larger than the pocket sized Bible I was used to, and indeed was expecting. However, it maintains the easy to carry quality and the easy to read text. The cover is also beautiful and has a very classic, masculine feel to it. The beautiful truths of the Bible are sealed in a cover that here gives the idea of strength and gravity.
I really enjoy using this Bible. It is the perfect transition between a pocket Bible and a study Bible. I find this Bible to be a great size and style for Bible reading. It is visually appealing and easy on the eyes and is the right size for cozy reading spaces. The hand stitched cover and dark material makes it the perfect Bible to take with to any contemporary Church service.
Overall I must give this Bible a high "Good" ranking. There are very few faults with it - and the value is incredible considering the amount you might pay for a comparable book.

At the Christian bookstore I got the NLT Study and the employee at the register mentioned the ESV Study was a good one as well. I was not familiar with the ESV translation and this Bible was priced cheap so I got it to try it out and liked it so I got the ESV Study, but I find myself enjoying this one even more because I love the size and the feel of the Bible. The previous reviewer commented on the maps and concordance in the back so I looked in mine. There is 61 pages of concordance, so about 30 actual pages and 6 pages of maps so 3 pages for maps making 33 additional pages added and I dont think it would make a big difference if they were removed. It is a little bit thicker than some of my slimline Bibles, but the font is a decent size and the material it is made out of feels the best of all of my others. I would suggest this Bible myself to anyone looking for a good Bible. The only thing I would like to see is references, but with that being said I would suggest this Bible to anyone reading this and thinking about purchasing one.
