Generous font size, very reasonable price, with a supple cover even though non-leather. I have a "luxury" Bible (which I love) but this large font edition is one I keep out for easy readability, with no worries about little grandkids handling or dropping it because it was so reasonably priced. Page quality is good...not too thin. The color combination of silver toned page edges with the teal cover is attractive.
This Bible was exactly what I needed. I cut my teeth on the RSV, and the ESV is very similar, so I love it. The print is a nice size. Big enough but not silly big. Most of the page is straight Bible text, just the way I want it. Only the most important notes and cross references are listed out of the way at the bottom.
The one disappointment was that it is very difficult to tell that the Bible cover is genuine leather. It looks and feels very stiff and thin, not soft and pliable as you would expect from genuine leather. I would have preferred to spend an extra ten dollars or so on the Bible and gotten a higher quality cover.
This bible has a fine appearance. The print being large enough the font seems to be narrow top to bottom.
For my viewing it is affected by left to right capture of words becomes stilted. Much print often bleeds through from opposite page. The psalms have a different top to bottom placement on the page than most other books.
Replacement of a similar priced bible is not an option due to shipping costs.
