Really excellent book. Easy to understand and great illustrations. Reading this book gave me a much better understanding of OT history and time-lines.

I believe this purchase was a good sound decision. It is being used for an Introductory Class in Sunday School. Some students have Seminary background although this is a class open to the whole church with no limitations. It is exactly what I was told it was, and I am very pleased and looking forward to beginning the class. Your services are exceptional to say the least and I continue to look here first before even searching other sites. Thank you very much, Pastor Scott Patterson

I am still in the middle of using this wonderful resource. The sidebars and summaries are great. This is a very informative tool with pictures of artifacts and locations that make studying more visual, and the use of history and geography makes the Old Testament come alive. The CD-Rom is also very useful.

What a great book. With the pictures it makes you feel you are right along beside Israel. I look at the study questions first and then read. I love this book.
I am looking forward to many delightful hours reading and studying this book. The CD is just WoW!!!!

Book seems to be well thought out and covers the OT in a nice survey format. I bought the book for two reasons: the written content and the electronic format that said was suitable for Powerpoint projects. The written content is suitable, the electronic portion will not work on up to date computers because of age of software. Quite disappointed, but not sending back because of price of postage!
