Now facing a hostile takeover, the firm's origins are challenged when new facts emerge about Adele's actions on the night Titanic sank. Kelsey tries to defend the company and the great-grandmother she has long admired, but the stakes are raised when Kelsey's boss is murdered and her own life threatened. Forced to seek help from Cole Thornton, a man Kelsey once loved-and lost, thanks to her success-at-all-costs mentality-she pursues mysteries both past and present. Aided by Cole and strengthened by the faith she'd all but forgotten in her climb up the corporate ladder, Kelsey races the clock to defend her family legacy, her livelihood, and ultimately her life.

Brittni Lasater4 Stars Out Of 5Stays AfloatSeptember 7, 2016Brittni LasaterQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4I bought this book because it was less than $1. I started reading it because I didn't have another book. About one-third of the way in, I started to enjoy the book. I expected a sloppily developed plot that was heavy on the romance. I was surprised to find the plot well-developed with a bit of mystery and action. The main character "fixed her face" a bit too much to suit this reader and her occasional tears seemed forced, but those minor issues are worth overlooking. It isn't a suspenseful read-in-one-nighter, but it was enjoyable and an easy read.
Phyllis Mckenzie5 Stars Out Of 5Excellent Historical FictionApril 28, 2016Phyllis MckenzieQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0This book was fiction, but was so accurate in details it seemed nonfiction and felt like you were there. Very exciting and suspenseful in the past events and current events. Every detail was resolved with no loose ends. A good read that was hard to put down!
Ginger5 Stars Out Of 5Captivating MysteryFebruary 10, 2016GingerQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0I am about half way through the book, and I am loving it. Grabs you from the first chapter on. I will look for more of her books for sure. Enjoyed the incorporation of the history of the journey of the Titanic.

I love to read as much as I can as I am a shut in and reading is one of my joys in life. I was sorry when I came to the end as this book was so good.
Alleycat5 Stars Out Of 5Echoes of TitaniccDecember 3, 2014AlleycatQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Loved this book! While a fiction piece, had many tie-ins with the situation of my relatives who were on the Titanic, 2 of which survived and 1 who did not. This book keeps you guessing until the end as to whether the switch was made or not.
