It's really not fair for me to rate this as yet, since it is to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I also purchased 3 books with this, and then found out they were included.

We loved this curriculum. It was extremely easy to implement, introduces kids to art history, basic techniques and invites them to self-critique based upon what they are learning. Art can be so subjective; this program takes the intimidation out of kids' artistic endeavors. Kincaid neither talks over nor down to his viewers in the accompanying short video clips. I highly recommend this product. It's worth every penny!

We just started, but what I am really liking is that the kids can do this art curriculum by themselves. They also seem to like it.

I haven't started using the curriculum with my 5th grader and 3rd grader yet, but as a veteran homeschooler and an art history major myself, the curriculum appears to be all I was hoping for. Simple layouts, moving from the basic toward the complex, short lessons and ever so teacher friendly. My 8th grader wants to join his younger siblings. I think this will be a homerun.
