This book is the greatest. I have had it for 3 weeks and have made and frozen 10 different meals. Each "meal" generally makes 2-3 dinners for my husband, 3 year old and I. All the meals we have tried so far have been fantastic. At our house the time between 4 and 5 is prime meltdown mode which makes cooking difficult. Last week, all I did was put dinner in the oven or the skillet and I felt like we ate much healthier. I have been telling everyone I know about this book. I even bought a deep freeze I am so committed. It has been a long time since I have been this excited about cooking.
