JOHN PIPER is pastor for preaching and vision at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Piper (ThD, University of Munich) is a member of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and his many books include Recovering Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, which he coedited with Wayne Grudem. He and his wife, Noël, have four sons and one daughter.

Solid biblical basis of the roles of men and women This was a quick read that provided a thorough biblical basis for the roles that God has for each of the sexes. It did not promote one sex over the other but rather showed that God created both male and female in His image and went on to explain some of those differences. March 8, 2012
