I thoroughly enjoyed this series! Steven and Gracie, Clint and Sara, Michael and Hannah (and the children and dogs!) seem like real people I genuinely cared about.

I greatly admire all law enforcement officers, but I don't think I could handle working in the CACU. Too heartrending for me....I admire the men and women who actually do this important work; I never thought about the emotional toll this branch of the FBI would deal with.

It would be nice if John and Reve Walsh were aware of this series....I think they would promote it on "America's Most Wanted".

As a big fan of Irene Hannon and Terri Blackstock, I'm happy to add Amy Wallace as my next favorite suspense author! (I still want that fourth book about Lee and Rashida Branson!)

I'm rating all three books as they hang together, though would also read o.k. each by itself.Partway into book one I almost regretted having bought all three. I despise euphemistic cursing in "Christian" writing. Sweet and bitter water and blessings and curses DO NOT issue from the same source, as the Bible tells us. I read on to the end and liked the story line. Book two was fine except for my pet peeve of lie vs lay and awhile vs a while. No cussing! Yea! Book three is somewhat troubling. I know the words used for people of other than 'white' skin have no doubt been around. But they are still troublesome. In this story of racism gone berserk I wouldn't have known how to change that. So, yes, good read. And, no, I am not looking for a continuation with Rashida and John. Probably because usually I am not too fond of series. Also I would throw out all those so-called study questions and guides. Ugh, almost like telling folks they need to be shown what to think? NOT

I have thoroughly enjoyed this set of books. I usually read the Western type romances but when I saw these books in my local bookshop I could not resist them. I found them filled with suspense and intrigue yet with enough romance to keep me happy. If you enjoy Dee Henderson books this is a set of books that you will also enjoy
