I read both of these and really enjpyed them and learned a lot about the Amana Society. You get caught up in these books from [age 1 to the end. You fell as if you are right there trying to help them along. The characters come to life in Miller writing. You want be able to put the books down. I recommend both of these books to anyone who likes to read. Cant wait for book 3 to come out.
