What an incredible book, I found myself reading when I shouldnt have been, to find out what was going to happen next.

Maybe I found the book more intrigueing because I am a tomboy and see it as real life.

Where's the next book?, I want to find out what happened.

I am so hooked on Lauraine Snelling

i thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was enciuraging to see this young woman take over and mature almost overnight. Seeing her decision making skills developed was also an encouragement. The author's theme throughout of a trial after trial and her being supported by those who had been plantation slaves, and her recriprocating was a good lesson.
