I just got it new recently this year and have done a few soup recipies for this cold days of January and will work on the vegetarian lasagna tonight. The food is very nutritious, you don't feel like munching in between meals because it satisfies. Filling and tasty. Thanks to Pastor Rick and the team for all the effort of putting the Daniel Plan together.
Wonderful recipes, easy to follow, with ingredients that I use on my Daniel plan eating program. The recipes I've tried are very easy and very good and they give me all the nutrition. This book is beautifully illustrated with healthy ingredients, easy to follow recipes and great tips.
I bought this book with the intent to cook healthier in 2015. I have looked at most of the recipes and intend to make many of them. To date I have not tried them, but have enjoyed reading the Tips & Guides section and Food 101: Making the Best Choices. This is a basic tenant of healthy eating and I am slowly absorbing the knowledge. February is our starting point and I am looking forward to creating healthy and delicious meals.
My husband and I had sampled some of the recipes from the original Daniel Plan book and really like this healthy way of eating, but were looking for more recipe ideas. The first several pages in the front of this book explain the Daniel Plan, which we already knew from the prior book. But the organization of the rest of the book and its variety of recipes were helpful and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in eating healthy and/or losing weight.
