I have looked at most of the recipes and intend to make many of them. To date I have not tried them, but have enjoyed reading the Tips & Guides section and Food 101: Making the Best Choices. This is a basic tenant of healthy eating and I am slowly absorbing the knowledge. February is our starting point and I am looking forward to creating healthy and delicious meals.

The first several pages in the front of this book explain the Daniel Plan, which we already knew from the prior book. But the organization of the rest of the book and its variety of recipes were helpful and exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in eating healthy and/or losing weight.
