This book will be on a must read for the young women I know because its so applicable. Teaching young women that their identity is not with a man, that we shouldnt spend our time looking for the one, and how to evade those awkward questions with grace and tact are all lessons found here that we all need!!
Carolyn JohnsonGolden Valley, MNAge: Over 65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5AN EXCELLENT, SATISFYING BOOK!November 4, 2013Carolyn JohnsonGolden Valley, MNAge: Over 65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5To me, this is one of GLH's most pleasing books. The characters of Laurel and Phil are strong. I didn't want to put the book down. Sometimes with GLH's books, we have a fine male character who of necessity leaves the heroine for some time-only to show up briefly near the end of the book. Not so in this book. Neither do we have a prolonged treatment of man's inhumanity to man. The war element is believable. Don't miss this one!
