After reading book 1 in the series I was so glad to learn there was a sequel to it.

It picks up right where book 1 left off in the lives of the characters. It does jump at times as did book one-which initially confused me until I realized that this is how the author brings in new characters who will then move to Gresham. The book brings in a lot of Christian teaching and presents the Gospel through the characters as well as the developement of their character and dependence on The Lord.Much romance is also involved-but always presented in a pure and innocent manner. This is a good series for a hot summer day or to curl up by in the winter

After reading the other reviews for this book, I expected more than what I'm getting. There are way too many new characters introduced throughout the book, that it gets confusing to keep track of who's who and what they're supposed to be doing. It jumps around too much, I'm just having a hard time finishing the book.
