There is a 2 book set which includes the Teacher's Manual available on CBD. The student book (this book) is not reproducible, so you need one for each student. I posted my full review of this curriculum under the two book set.

This is a great curriculum for multi-age students. It is written from a Christian perspective.

This series is chalked full of activities that are hands-on and interesting for a range of ages. I used this with my 3-6th grade boys for 2 years and they loved it.
My only criticism might be that sometimes the directions on the put together part of the activity could have been more clear, but we always managed. It was nice to actually have a product to show for their efforts at the end of a work session and it kept their hands busy as they learned.
Do buy the teachers book, as most of the information you will need is there.

We used this about 10 years ago with our older kids, and now we are on round two. It is a great overall study of science with unique information as well as the old standards. If your kids like to color, cut & paste, as well as go outside on adventures to find nature, then this curriculum is for you! The teacher's manual is filled with scriptures, instructions and some background info on each science topic... so you do need it. I write curriculum, and was a public school teacher before homeschooling, so I am especially picky about any curriculum... in fact I rarely buy any. I really like this study. My only wish, is that it would be updated and reprinted in a more contemporary style.
