I've been reading quite a few marriage based books lately, and the ones by Wright have been some of the best in my opinion. In this particular book he goes through some of the meyer-briggs personality types and explains where work might need to be done due to the clashes of these types. He also works through some conflict resolution tactics and how to deal with anger in a healthy way, which I found to be helpful. One thing I would ding Wright for is since I've read a few of his books, there were times where I was like, I feel like I've read this before, and I had, in another one of his books. No quote or footnote or reference from one book to the other, which seems kind of shady or unethical to me. But the information is still good and would totally recommend this book.
