This book was very good. It was amazing. I would say it was best book I have read, not counting some of the books of the Bible. It has everything you need in it. A bit of romance, some suspense and God's love. It starts out with a girl meeting her old best friend and them unraveling her history in order for her to find closure. It keeps you turning pages for sure.

Coming Home is the solo debut novel by Christian author, David Lewis. His first attempt was Sanctuary, which he co-authored with best selling author (and his wife), Beverly Lewis. It is important to note that David Lewis is not just riding on the coattails of his wifes success. This man can write, no doubt about it.Coming Home is a literary drama that engrosses the reader. I found when I wasnt able to read, I was thinking about the characters, the storyand trying to figure out what would happen next. Lewis litters the main plot with enough subplots and interesting characters to keep the pace fast and suspenseful. Though the ending is a little abrupt, it did not keep me from getting choked up and reaching for a tissue. Coming Home is powerful. I hate to classify a book as Christian fiction, because it may turn off non-Christian readers. Anyone who enjoys a story about love, family and searching for answers will enjoy Coming Home.

This book is a real page turner--it's hard to put down! The characters are interesting and real. I loved it.

This was a page turner from the start. If you like a good mystery, this is an excellent book to read. You almost think you know what is going to happen next but then things change. I couldn't put this book down. I read it in 7 hours. Then I cried at the end. What a tremendous story. Keep these kinds of things coming David!!
