Libby5 Stars Out Of 5Christy Jordan has done it again!October 22, 2013LibbyQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Come Home to Supper is a family-friendly cookbook with recipes that everyone, from little children to adults, will love. I love that the recipes do not call for "out of this world" ingredients. You can find all of these ingredients at your local grocery store and do not have to go searching. These recipes are also budget friendly- which is a great thing! With a section in the back of recipes for homemade ingredients, you have the option to go the short-cut route and used canned items or you can make them from scratch and the recipe is right there.
Also included in this book are many short stories that will warm your heart and encouraging quotes throughout. This book is sure to become a family favorite and one that you turn to time and time again. I'm sure it won't be long before many of these cookbooks look old and ragged just because they have been uses so many times. But that's a good thing!
If you want a cookbook that's family-friendly, this is the one for you!
