Product DescriptionColossians is an open letter from St. Paul (or one of his disciples) to the Christian communities at Colossae and Laodicia because he fears that the Christians there may be falling for some teachings that threaten to compromise their Christian faith. He preaches the gospel to them, and then gives instructions about Christian behavior. The letter to Philemon asks him to do something he would have found extremely difficult: to forgive his dishonest runaway slave. Paul's profound teachings about Christ, if believed and applied to our lives, could change all our human relationships.
Questions for reflectionand/or discussion, background notes, and an "Approach to Prayer" are included along with "Living Tradition" and "Saints in the Making" sections which offer thoughts and experiences of Christians past and present. Sessions take about an hour and a half. The Bible text to be studied is also included. Product Information
