How we respond to tragedy is more important than asking why.
When tragedy strikes, our response is often to rail at God with our whys. However, the response to Hurricane Katrina by much of the Christian community is an example and encouragement to us all. While others are laying blame, Christians have an opportunity to take responsibility and care for those in need.
How do we help those in crisis? How sacrificial does God want us to be? And what is our responsibility to help those whose behavior makes it difficult to help? Rather than asking, Why did this happen? this study asks, How can we respond in a way that most glorifies God?
