An amazing story...that you won't want to miss out on! It all starts off with a young boy named Shasta. His father is very cruel to this poor boy, and so Shasta runs away with this horse named Bree. Bree is a Narnian horse. All Narnina horses TALK! At first, Shasta isn't sure he's going to like his trip with Bree. Then one night, they find a girl on a Narnian horse, whose name is Aravis. Her horse becomes fond of Bree, and so they find out that they are both running away, back to Narnia. Unfortanetley, when they get to a royal city called Tasbaan, Shasta gets mistaken for another boy, Prince Corin. Susan and Edmund take Shasta into their palace. There, Shasta escapes after some time. Although he "hates" to leave Tasbaan, he must find Bree, Aravis, and her horse. On his way he goes. Finally he finds them, and to his dismay they all still have millions of miles ahead of them. After some time, they arrive at Narnia and Archenland. But their adventures aren't over, yet. In Tashbaan they left behind a Prince Rabadash, who is madly in love with Queen Susan. Rabadash plans to take over Narnia and Archenland, and he is on his way. Shasta hurries to warn the High King of Narnia, Peter about Rabadash's arrival. There is a huge war between Rabadash and his men, and Narnia's army. There is a wonderful suprise that awaits you at the end of the book, which I will leave for you to find out. And now, in a nutshell, that was the Horse and His Boy.
