TX momma of 4TXGender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Great resource that allows you to get creative!November 29, 2012TX momma of 4TXGender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I used this for advent in addition to our Jesse tree and hymns as I wanted a little more for cozy holiday activities that would inspire my children to see Jesus in all that we do relating to our advent house. This book contains many devotions that can easily be used across the ages (mine were between 4-11) some of the activities we did stemming from the devotion themes were making snowflakes, ornaments, baking, singing Christmas carols to neighbors and retirement communities, or just plain enjoying the Word of the Lord for a quiet night.
My children really enjoyed these last year and look forward to advent again this year! Thanks for the great resource!

What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Using this devotional will give your family a foundation for discussing the sights and sound of the Christmas season, turning the focus to Jesus.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? God is so good. It is humbling and amazing to be used for His glory.
