My son and myself both like reading these books. We both have leared a lot.

I was not expecting to get something as wonderful as this reader. It was a little higher in reading level than my child was ready for but she loves reading it so much that she it pushing through it anyway. The info is taught in story format so she retains it much better and we have even caught her on the beach showing and telling us all about 'Mr. Crab'!

We have not yet read through this, i bought it for next school year. But from glancing through it, I am very pleased. I'm expecting to get the benefits of both reading skills and science. The pages I read on bees were very good. It is full of detail, very informative. I learned a few things! I'm glad I ordered this book.

My son and I have really enjoyed this book. It is very thorough. Each chapter is a book of knowledge within itself. It is written at the child's level with easy to understand words. It goes deeper than any public school book we had for our sons before we chose to homeschool. This is a must have for inquisitive students!
