Bitter herbs, salty water, a sweet apple mixture, the shankbone of a lamb--what is the meaning behind these symbolic elements? Enter the celebration of Passover, rich with history and significance for both Jew and Gentile. God wasn't finished working in the lives of His people after the waters of the Red Sea parted. Both past and future deliverance are celebrated in this solemn and joyful feast.
Through Christ in the Passover, youll trace Gods involvement through the history of this holy dayfrom the first Passover, all the way to the modern Seder. And in the revised editions of this inviting book, Ceil and Moishe Rosen show you how the death and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah are forever interwoven with the Passover and its symbolism.
MOISHE and CEIL ROSEN are a Jewish couple who have come to know Jesus as their Messiah. Moishe is the founder and director of Jews for Jesus and Ceil is a free-lance writer. Together, Moishe and Ceil have co-authored a number of books, including Y¿shua: The Jewish Way to Say Jesus, Christ in the Passover, and Witnessing to Jews. Moishe and Ceil reside in San Francisco, California.

Elika Kohen1 Stars Out Of 5March 19, 2010Elika KohenUnfortunately, as far as Biblical scholarship is concerned, this book fails in almost every respect as it instead relies on the authority of Rabbinic Judaism, (the offshoot of Pharasaic Judaism) to justify teaching Christians that immitating Rabbinic Jews will give them insight into the character of Jesus. This is ironic because Rabbinic Jewish traditions regarding Passover were created after Jesus lived on Earth, and the same Rabbis and Pharasees that created those traditions are considered "anti-christ" according to Christian Scripture.Either way, as a result, Christians today are being encouraged to observe more and more Jewish traditions such as how to eat kosher, how to observe Passover, etc.
Sally Howard5 Stars Out Of 5September 26, 2008Sally HowardHave had this book on my shelf since it was first written and published by Jews for Jesus' heads, Ceil and Moshe Rosen. What a beautiful picture of our LORD! What a deeper insight into the connections between the Old and New Testaments!
