DrMac4 Stars Out Of 5July 24, 2010DrMacThis is a neat product. My kids just like playing around with it. My only complaint is that the dictionary is not very thorough. I do LOVE the feature where you can type in your child's spelling list and then they can play games with it. I also like that it speaks.

My child is dyslexic, so she has problems with spelling. She loves her new dictionary! It is easy to use and she enjoys the games on it as well. We recommend this product highly!
Mary Beth5 Stars Out Of 5April 29, 2009Mary BethThis is a great tool for your child! My daughter is dyslexic and uses this dictionary for many purposes. She looks up words to find out their meanings; she watches to see how to write words in cursive, and, of course, she uses it for spelling--every night, in fact, for her devotional!

Rhonda Walker4 Stars Out Of 5August 24, 2007Rhonda WalkerI homeschool my daughter, and she has always had a problem with spelling. This product is a great interactive tool for spellers. When doing a report she just types in the phonetic spelling and it corrects the word for her.
Q: Is this appropriate for a middle schooler? My middle school-aged daughter is a poor speller. I am wondering if anyone could give opinions which would help me to determine whether this might be helpful, at her grade level. I am hoping it will help with writing papers / editing misspelled words.
This item will help in the same way a regular dictionary would.
