I thought this book was very educational but it was not at all what I expected of the author. The good part about the book was that it taught you a lot of facts about the journey of Lewis and Clark that average people wouldn't know. Over all I would recommend this to a person trying to learn about the adventure of Lewis and Clark but not to a person trying to read a good and suspenseful story.

I was very disappointed in this book! My Husband and I read aloud to our three young children and while reading this book, parts had to be omitted because of curse words or because of the way the book gave all the glory to there falls gods the "wyakin." This IS NOT A CHRISTIAN BOOK, a educational book, or even a good book.
