Author Bio

Renae Brumbaugh lives in Texas with her two noisy children and two dogs. She's authored four books in Barbour’s Camp Club Girls series, Morning Coffee with James (Chalice Press), and has contributed to several anthologies. Her humor column and articles have appeared in publications across the country.

Jean Fischer has been writing for children for nearly three decades, and has served as an editor with Golden Books. She has written with Thomas Kinkade, John MacArthur, and “Adventures in Odyssey,” and is one of the authors for Barbour’s upcoming “Camp Club Girls” series. A nature lover, Jean lives in Racine, Wisconsin.

Shari Barr lives on a farm in southwest Iowa with her husband and teenage son and daughter. She writes inspirational fiction as a mission to spread the gospel while creating Christian role models for children. She has also published two non-fiction books as well as numerous articles for adults.

    My 10 yr old loves this series, read up to book 18 and would love more to be released. Hard to find books that teach a girl biblical lessons in today's society. This series teaches girls to refer back to the bible in every situation. Some are mysteries and some are adventures. Wonderful read.
