The powerful mix of acoustic folk, pop, and alternative rock that defines Caedmon's Call makes this group one of the brightest stars on today's Christian music scene. Now in this dynamic follow-up to their highly successful self-titled album, their raw, honest lyrics and intense vocals in songs like "There You Go," "Shifting Sand," and "Thankful" call you to a deeper commitment to Christ.

I don't normally like folk music, but there is something about this cd that is almost addictive. It barely leaves my cd player. The lyrics and the guitars are really great.

WOW what great lyrics the band wrote for this CD and the vocals were impressive on the get go. All I have to say is that these guys were on key with the music part of the CD. They put the folk music aside mostly and focused on the contemporary and soft lush music. All 11 tracks were consistent and was never over produced. Honestly the best material CC has done YET!
