Worth the money This book is filled with practical advice, ideas, and helpful tips. As a newcomer to Women's Ministry, I have found this book to be invaluable. The author encourages you as the leader of Women's Ministry while also giving advice on watching out for pitfalls, how to build your ministry team, and the importance of your relationship with the Lord. This is an excellent book with a richness of wisdom, resources, and helps to aid anyone who is leading a Women's Ministry team. August 13, 2012

This is an outstanding book for women who are trying to develop or improve their Women's Ministry. Jaynes touches on many of the critical and foundational aspects of having a successful Women's Ministry. Specifically, the need for prayer. It is an easy read and nicely laid out. I have been involved in Women's Ministry for over ten years and have read many books. This on is a keeper. I think our Women's Ministry needs to read this together. February 7, 2008
